Born in Manhattan and raised on Long Island, Rad Periana’s journey is a testament to the balance of artistry and ambition. Growing up, her world was immersed in creativity—painting, drawing, and music shaped her early years. Yet, practicality led her back to New York City, where she earned an MBA in public accounting and climbed the corporate ladder with success.

But New York, with its hidden speakeasies and storied hotels, rekindled Rad’s love for old-world romance and creative expression. The hospitality industry caught her eye, igniting a passion for crafting memorable experiences.
