All of our Jewelry is designed by Rad Periana & handcrafted by a small team in New York, New York.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, our manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks from order receipt.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
An SSL certificate is used at perianajewelry.com to ensure all transactions are safe and secured. All transactions are guaranteed.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Charges to your card, for the full amount, will occur at the time your order is placed.
What if the size of my order (i.e.ring) is wrong?
No worries, we want to ensure complete satisfaction. Resizing is available for a $30-60 fee. Charge is based upon item and adjustment needed.

Do you ship internationally?
Not generally. International shipping is in the works and will be available on every order very soon. Some orders can be made possible by emailing customercare@perianajewelry.com.
