Where is your jewelry made?
All of our Jewelry is designed by Rad Periana & handcrafted by a small team in New York, New York.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, our manufacturing process takes 2-3 weeks from order receipt.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A confirmation email is sent once your order has been shipped.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
An SSL certificate is used at perianajewelry.com to ensure all transactions are safe and secured. All transactions are guaranteed.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Charges to your card, for the full amount, will occur at the time your order is placed.
What if the size of my order (i.e.ring) is wrong?
No worries, we want to ensure complete satisfaction. Resizing is available for a $30-60 fee. Charge is based upon item and adjustment needed.
Do you ship internationally?
Not generally. International shipping is in the works and will be available on every order very soon. Some orders can be made possible by emailing info@perianajewelry.com.
