Returns

Jewelry Purchases:

Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, all jewelry orders are not returnable. Orders cannot be cancelled after they've entered the production phase. 

If your piece(s) does not fit, please do not wear them and contact us immediately. We cannot refund or replace lost merchandise.

Items purchased from The Parlor:

All product from The Parlor are eligible for return to your original form of payment within 15 days of receiving your order.

We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unmarked and in their original packaging - still in the same new condition as when the item was received. Returns initiated or postmarked after 15 days will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, contact us at customercare@perianajewelry.com with your Order # and Items Requesting Return. 
Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
There is a flat rate return fee of $7 that will be deducted from your refund. 
Periana does not take responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged during the return shipping.

Items purchased during any sale promotion are final sale. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Repairs

We are committed to the craftsmanship of our pieces and offer a one-year guarantee on quality under normal wear. Should any item require repair within the first year of purchase, we’ll gladly fix it at no cost. For repairs needed after one year, items may still be returned with an associated repair fee.
