Customers within the United States
Periana offers a 10 day return policy on certain items. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for items returned within the 10 days.
We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn, unmarked and in their original packaging - still in the same new condition as when the item was received. Returns initiated or postmarked after 10 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order # and Items Requesting Return. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.
There is a flat rate return fee of $7 that will be deducted from your refund.
Periana does not take responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged during the return shipping.
Items purchased during any sale promotion are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers outside the United States
RETURN EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All earrings are final sale for sanitary reasons.
- Rings are only eligible for sizing exchange or store credit.
- Our Candles, Perfume and Apothecary are all FINAL SALE
All international orders are final sale.
We aim to process all US returned orders within 14 working days. You will receive an email upon our receipt of your items and again when the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. US refunds take 5-10 business days to show on your account.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
In the event you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or replacement.
Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified.
The process for exchange entails the re-purchase of a new item. If you need a different item, kindly place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund. A refund will be issued upon the receipt and processing of the original item back to the warehouse.
For a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, Periana will replace any stone found to be defective as a result of manufacturing defect free of charge.
